Customer Service ( Dutch-French)
The selected person will be part of a
highly qualified team of international support officers, and will be responsible
for dealing as well by phone as by mail the incoming doubts and incidents that
(key-) users might have.
You will resolve most of incoming support
issues, analyze the clients’ needs and look for solutions in a proactive way. If
necessary the support officer will escalate incidents to the technical
department. You will do the follow-up of the incidents and communicate to
clients at any time on the status of the incident.
